Our VIP enrolment day is where our current families can come along to the studio, see our 2025 timetable before anyone else, register for classes for next year and receive a FREE enrolment gift! Only 100 gifts available so make sure you come along to not miss out!

• Our busy season has well and truly kicked in! Last week and on Monday we have completed all our of jazz, tap & ballet examinations. Big congratulations to all our exam students for their hard work and incredible results! We are very proud of you all!

• Tomorrow we have our first ever Pom competition with AASCF! Chookas to our junior pom team, we are really looking forward to experiencing this type of comp with you all!

• 2024 Concert Info will be released to you all next week! This will include all rehearsal times, concert day info, hair & makeup, ticketing. Everything you need to know on one information site!

• Halloween Week is coming up in Week 5! Come dressed in a Spooktacular outfit during the whole week!

• Term 4 started on Monday 30th September and runs all the way through to our end of year concert on Saturday 7 December!

• We are busily working on all our concert information which will be released to you very soon!

• This will include all schedules for the above dates, costume details, ticketing info, running orders etc.

• We hope you are all super excited for this years productions!

  2025 INFORMATION:

• As we near the end of 2024, we know the excitement of next years timetable kicks in!

• Make sure you have our VIP Enrolment Date in your calendars as this is the date we release our 2025 timetables and enrolments go live in person with exclusive enrolment gifts on the day!

• We had such a blast last year so make sure you have Sunday 10 November locked in your diaries!

• If you can't make the day, all 2025 information will be released to you the following day online!

  TERM 4 ACCOUNTS:

• Term 4 tuition is due in full now unless you are signed up for direct debits.

• Please ensure your costume deposits are paid as due date was 14 September. We will still a number of families needing to finalise their deposits ASAP please.

• If you wish to sign up for direct debits for term 4, please log in to your parent portal and click "Enrol in Auto Pay" on the main dashboard.

• Hope everyone has enjoyed the term so far, it has flown by! We have been very busy with our competition season the last 6 weeks so we apologise that there hasn't been a Friday News Update for a while! We are looking forward to our final competition for 2024 this weekend for our 6/under team.

• We hope everyone is settled back into their routines and classes for this term. It has been great to have everyone back in the student full of energy and enthusiasm!

• Coming up in Week 4 we are having a Pyjama Week across the whole studio. This is where students can wear their PJs to dance class, perfect for this chilly weather!

• Reminder that if you are not signed up for Direct Debits that your accounts are due in full. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding your account.

• First lot of costume deposits will be billed to your accounts in Week 5 (due date at end of term). This helps us with ordering costumes in enough time before concert. Please note $60 per costume (one costume per class) will be billed as the deposit only. Balances will be billed in early Term 4 with payment due at the end of week 7.

  TERM 3 ACCOUNTS

• Term 3 tuition is due in full before your child's first class unless you are signed up for direct debit.

• Concert costume deposits of $60 will be billed to your accounts in Week 5 of Term 3 and due at end of term 3. Costume balances will then be billed in early Term 4 and due by Week 8 of term 4 (before concert).

  🔔 DIRECT DEBIT FAMILIES 🔔

• Dance Studio Pro (our studio software) retired their integration with our previous direct debit processor Ezidebit on 1st July.

• We will still be offering direct debit services to our families however it will now be processed through Stripe.

  • You will still be able to choose between bank account payment or credit card payments.All direct debits families will need to update their payment method before first debit on Friday 12th July. Thank you to those who have updated by the deadline. Some families are yet to still complete so please finalise ASAP so we can process your first debit.

  • You can do this easily by logging into your parent portal. You will then have a prompt on your dashboard to update payment method. Click on the prompt button and from there enter either bank details or credit card details.  If you have any issues accessing your parent portal please email us and we will send you a reset link.

  • Payments will still process the same on Fridays during term and if any payments fail it will automatically retry after 3 business days.

  • Please note fees involved:

    Bank account: no fees

    Domestic Credit card (Mastercard or Visa): 1.81% + $0.30

    International cards: 3.5% + $0.30

Please note from next term direct debits will slightly change as Dance Studio Pro (our studio portal) is retiring their integration with Ezidebit from 1 July. We are just waiting on some final information from Dance Studio Pro to confirm if families need to update their saved payment details or not. All families on direct debit will be emailed with further information on this change once we know more. Please note your current direct debits will remain normal for the rest of the term so no need to do anything at this stage.

• As this is a new event for us at APA, we wanted to explain why it is something we have introduced in 2024. Firstly, we wanted to create another performance opportunity for all of our students. We understand that we have a top level performance teams who get the opportunity to compete throughout the year, but we wanted the rest of the studio to feel excited about another event besides just the concert. We believe it is important that they are working towards a goal at multiple points of the year to increase motivation and enjoyment for our dancers. It is also a great opportunity for our dancers to feel supported on their dance journey by their families and friends. This is why we have made it super easy, informal event where it will be easier for grandparents, extended families and friends to come along and enjoy as well! We can't wait for ALL our students to be involved in this showcase! We are certainly looking forward to it and so are the students!

This week we are focusing on just Mid Year Showcase! This morning all families were emailed more information regarding our upcoming Mid Year Showcase on Sunday 16 June. We have released a concert mini information site where you can find everything you need to know for the day.

• Welcome to the final Friday News Update for Term 1! We can't believe the term is nearly over. The last day of classes is next Thursday 28th March. We hope all our families enjoy a happy and safe Easter break with your families.

• Term 2 will resume on Monday 15 April. If you are looking for something to do on the holidays make sure you read the information below regarding our exciting school holiday workshops! Our office will be closed over the 4 day easter long weekend, then for the remainder of the break we will be contactable via email or phone but limited hours.

• Tomorrow is the final day of Parent Viewing Week. We hope our families have enjoyed sitting and watching our classes this week! It's great that we can show the progress your child has made over this term.

• Term 2 tuition will be billed to your accounts by the end of this week and you will be sent a statement. If you have any questions or need to make any class adjustments before next term please just email us at admin@adrenalinepa.com.au

  - Remember this is still a class environment, students must not be distracted so please watch quietly, keep phones on silent, avoid entering and exiting the room multiple times and don't distract the students by talking directly to them when they are learning.

  - There will be moments in the class when they can go have a hug with mum or dad in class breaks.

  - This can sometimes be a little overwhelming especially for our littlest dancers so please have a little chat to them before to help them prepare for the class.- We only have limited chairs available so we would recommend bringing a cushion for our larger classes.

  -Core Performance Team classes are closed to parents (Monday performance team classes are open for viewing).
